I've always hated saying goodbye, to me it always seemed so permanent. Even as a child when it was time to leave my favorite cousins, we never said goodbye, instead we would run around playing tag until you were lucky enough to make it to the car and lock the doors. For me it's no different when we lose someone to death, in fact I hate saying it even more during those permanent times.Today, fans all across the world are mourning the lost of Michael Jackson. The reality of it all still has not set in with me to be honest, even amidst all the phone calls tonight. When I first heard it this evening, I came upstairs and pulled out my old Michael Jackson albums..that's right I said albums! I couldn't play any tonight because I don't have a turntable at the moment, but I just wanted to pull them out and look at them. I guess for me, that was my quiet way again of saying goodbye, without having to say a word.
Tonight I dedicate this post to Michael and his family and I leave you with one of my all time favorites from his Off The Wall Album from 1979. I played this album so much I think I burned all the rings off it! Tag Michael...your it...............

I keep wondering if I'm going to wake up from this nightmare. This is so surreal and so tragic. It's a sad day indeed...
I'm in shock over all the losses. Michael...I grew up listening to his music. At 7, I had a small radio I would listen to as I fell asleep, any time a song would come on by Jackson 5 or of Michael, I was so happy.
