It's time for another great recipe, just before the Easter Holiday. Many of you will have family over on Sunday, and I've got a great recipe, this time with video. Chef Hall could not join us this month, but a dear friend of mine, Vicki Bensinger had a wonderful opportunity last week to be featured on her local tv station's morning show - Great Day St. Louis! Vicki has come up with a great dish that's perfect for a Passover Meal as well, featuring Baked Salmon Roulade, laced with Cilantro Pesto on top of a bed of Gazpacho Salsa....Yuuuummmy If this dish doesn't have your family calling you the Hostess with the Mostess, next year send them to Wendys!!
